What to expect from our sessions:

  • Each session provides a "safe" place to explore your feelings, define your goals, and find ways to remove the obstacles preventing you from reaching them.
  • You will leave each session with 2-3 actions plans which you can work on or experiment with, between sessions.
  • I'll provide you with a set of notes recapping our discussion.
  • Receive simple but informative handouts which will support your interests.
  • Access to resources I've compiled to help you with your action plan.
